Where do you ship and how?

My shop is based in France, but I ship in all EU countries.
I had to stop shipping all over the world due to new tax regulations. I'm really sorry for non-EU customers, but it is too complicated for a very small shop like mine to ship outside Europe.

For France you can choose between tracked or regular shipping. For the rest of Europe, I only offer tracked shipping to ensure the good delivery of your order. 
Nevertheless, I can't be held responsible for anything happening to your parcel once it is in postal services hands. But please contact me anyway if you have any issue with your order and I will do what I can to resolve it.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping to France usually don't take more than a week for you to get it. Around two weeks for other European countries. But I am not responsible for delays with postals services. If you chose tracked shipping, I will give you a tracking number so you should be able to see where your order is and when.

I you ordered a custom article it will take a bit of time to make. Generally not more than two weeks. I will ship it as soon as it is done.

Can I have a different portrait than the ones in your shop?
